There are certain foods that are more nutritious for our bodies than others and we need to become aware of and consume these to function in life with more vim and vigor and to help our bodies be disease free.
We all know certain foods are better for us than others. This is a fact drilled into most of us from childhood through out our grown up years.
How much of this is correct? Just which foods are reputed to be healthier for us? Well, in the next few days we’ll address some of these questions. Why? We all want to feel healthy, have a sense of vitality as we go about each day even into our old age. Plus, the added benefit which may be the most important, is the benefit of warding off disease. No one wants to be in poor health, sickly and even filled with a disease. Now, foods per say can’t do the total job of keeping us healthy because there are many factors involved with our bodies getting sick and diseased. BUT, I believe good nutrition plays a major role in keeping us in good health.
